De humidification system: 

  • A refrigeration based de humidification system provided to avoid the condensation forming on test specimen as well as control the lower relative humidity.

  • The desired level of lower humidity will be achieved by maintaining the precise dew point temperature.

  • The output will be automatically activated based on the set points as well as in ramp up mode after a low temperature cycle.

Refrigeration System :

  • A High boosted low temperature application sealed/ semi sealed compressor is used to Achieve and maintain the required  negative temperatures .

  • Non CFC eco friendly refrigerants are used with components complying to all international safety and environmental guidelines.

  • The system is provided with adequate safety protection against excessive and low pressure and high pressure.

  • Pressure gauges provided to indicate suction and head pressure .

  • HP/LP cut off switch and overload protection for the system.

  • Oil separators with oil return & hot gas defrost provided

Water mist humidification system:

  • A fine mist spray/fog from the atomizer can be adjusted as per required amount of fog inside the chamber.

  • This system will work through the water solenoid valve & it controls from the programmer.

  • Independent air pressure line will be connected to the atomizer to vacuum the water from reservoir tank.

  • The atomizer designed such a way that avoids of direct droplets & it is called as micro condensation system.

Controller  System:

  • PID/HMI with PLC based color display TFT touch screen with Program Logic Controller. No. of programs & profile segments with ramp & soak duration are  provided for cyclic operation .

  • The controller is able to communicate with many different types of hardware using high speed RS 232/485 communication ports and Ethernet/USB communications for fast  downloads.

  • Remote monitoring & operation. Internet explorer based comm. On board Comms. Ports. Set value & process value with graphical on main screen.

  • Graphical trend and operating parameters of auto tune & calibration.

  • PC communication facility for operating the chamber through PC & data logging option provided with log interval.

  • The latest version software (user friendly) provided with controls & instruments. Fault indication

Sensors:

  • The Hygro clip series are digital humidity-temperature probes based on the air chip 3000 technology or 4 -20 mA. These probes feature a UART serial interface and two 0…1 V linear analog output signals.

  • The probes are designed to use with the hygroclip 2 generation of ROTRONIC humidity temperature instruments.

  • The probes maintain all of the benefits of the original hygroclip technology such as the possibility of hot swapping probes and features significant improvements in the area of measurement accuracy and functionality

Light system intensity :

  • The  light level shall be pre-selected on cyclic control system or programmed.

  • Light regulation allows users to select exactly the desired lighting level between apprx. 10 tp 100%.

  • For every high lightigapplication i.e. upto 1650 micromoles/m2/sec to 500 micromoles/m2/sec by using PAR light system.

  • It is reducing heating effects on plant materials,easy for cleaning,servicing Provide a safety against accidental lamp breakage or electric shock.

  • Also metal Halide( HQI) lamps are available as option

Other facilities:

  • CO2 additive consisting of gas analyser control valve, UV lights,with safe protection.

  • Quantum light meter provided for display and recording of light output. Programmable high & Low temperature limits tracking alarm, automatically following programmed set point.
